Step 1: Application Form

The very first step in the admissions process is for the interested student to complete the application form below. At the end of the application, applicants will be asked some open-ended questions. They should take time to provide thoughtful responses to these questions in their own words. Applicants who do not sufficiently respond to these questions may be denied admission.

Step 2: Academic Records

Next AESA requires the applicant’s official transcripts. Applicants should ask their current or previous schools to send these official records to [email protected]. These records must cover the equivalent academic years of 8th grade and beyond. If you do not know what year would be equivalent to 8th grade in your educational system, please ask us at the same email address listed above. In the case of students applying to the 8th grade, please provide records from the 7th grade.

Step 3: Interview

The last stage of the admissions process is to interview with the Director of the school. During this interview the applicant must be present, and parents or legal guardians are encouraged to join. They may ask the Director questions about AESA at this time as well. This interview will be conducted via videoconference.
